Bruchou acts for banks in Tecpetrol notes issuance
Argentinian law firm Bruchou Fernández Madero & Lombardi has advised the banks acting as placement agents in a $10.8 million notes offering by Tecpetrol.
Tecpetrol’s notes offering was at a fixed rate of 4 per cent, due 2021. The placement agents were Balanz Capita, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, HSBC Bank Argentina and Banco Santander Río.
Tecpetrol is a leading participant in Argentina’s oil and gas industry with major activities of exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons in the Vaca Muerta shale formation.
