Bruchou acts for HSBC in YPF loan

Argentinian law firm Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi has acted as local counsel to HSBC Bank USA on a credit facility totalling up to $30 million for Argentinian state-owned electricity company YPF Energía Eléctrica.

Bruchou’s team was led by partner Matías López Figueroa, with senior associate Leandro Belusci and associate Cristian Ragucci.
