Bruchou acts in new Tecpetrol issues
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised the underwriters in the issuance of Tecpetrol’s Class 8 and 9 Notes, for an aggregate nominal value of US$147,972,284.
The Class 8 Notes denominated and payable in US dollars in Argentina were issued for a par value of US$67,430,342; and the Class 9 Notes, denominated and payable in US dollars in Argentina for a par value of US$80,541,942; both under its Programme for the Issue of Simple Negotiable Obligations (Non Convertible into Shares) for up to US$1,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of measurement or value).
The Class 8 Notes are denominated in US Dollars, mature on 24 October 2027, and will bear interest at a fixed nominal rate of 5.00%. The Class 9 Notes are denominated in US dollars, mature on 24 October 2029, and will bear interest at a fixed nominal interest rate of 6.80%.
The Class 8 and 9 Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.
Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Balanz Capital Valores acted as underwriters.
Tecpetrol is a company engaged in the exploration, production, transportation and distribution of hydrocarbons, and the generation of electricity.
