Bruchou acts in placement of Tecpetrol Class 6 Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as advisor to the underwriters in the placement of Class 6 Notes of Tecpetrol for a par value of $21,137,875,000.
The Class 6 Notes were issued under the Program for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (Non-Convertible into Shares) for up to US$1,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies). In addition, the Class 6 Notes are denominated in pesos, mature on 13 January 2025, and will bear interest at a floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR Rate plus a margin of 3%.
The Class 6 Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, and Banco Santander Argentina acted as arrangers and placement agents; while Balanz Capital Valores, TPCG Valores and Banco Patagonia acted as underwriters.
Tecpetrol is a company engaged in the exploration, production, transportation and distribution of hydrocarbons, and the generation of electricity.
Fernando Moreno and Clara Sereday of FINMA acted as advisors to Tecpetrol.
