Bruchou acts on issue of Class A Notes by Central Puerto
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as counsel to Central Puerto, as issuer, and to the underwriters, in the placement of Central Puerto’s Class A Notes for a par value of US $37,232,818.
The Class A Notes were issued under its programme of simple negotiable obligations (not convertible into shares) for up to US $500,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of value); they are denominated in US dollars, mature on 14 March 2026, and will bear interest at a fixed rate of 7% per annum.
In addition, the Class A Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.
Balanz Capital Valores, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Puente Hnos, Macro Securities, Banco Mariva, Facimex Valores, Invertir en Bolsa, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, SBS Trading, Banco Patagonia and Banco BBVA Argentina acted as underwriters.
José Manuel Pazos, Leonardo Marinaro and María Justina Richards acted as in-house legal advisors to Central Puerto.
