Bruchou advises on new issuance of Notes by Tecpetrol

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised the underwriters in the placement of Tecpetrol’s Class 7 Notes, with a face value of USD $120,000,000,000.

The Class 7 Notes are denominated and payable in US dollars, were issued under its Program for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (Not Convertible into Shares) for up to US$1,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of measure or value), maturing on April 22, 2026, and will bear interest at a fixed nominal interest rate of 5.98%.

The Class 7 Notes have been authorized for listing on MAE and BYMA. FINMA acted as advisor to Tecpetrol.

Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Balanz Capital Valores, Allaria, Banco Patagonia, Banco BBVA Argentina, Invertir en Bolsa, Puente Hnos, Banco Hipotecario, and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires acted as underwriters.

Tecpetrol is a company engaged in the exploration, production, transportation and distribution of hydrocarbons, and the generation of electricity.

FINMA’s team included Fernando Moreno and Clara Sereday.
