Bruchou advises Raghsa on new issue of Notes
Bruchou has advised Raghsa Sociedad Anónima in the issuance of class 6 Notes, denominated, subscribed, integrated and payable in US dollars in the country, at a fixed interest rate of 5.98% annual nominal amount, for a nominal value of USD $10,000,000.
The Notes were issued on 11 April and mature on 11 April 2026. Martínez de Hoz & Rueda acted as advisor to the underwriters.
Furthermore, the Notes are authorized for listing and trading on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets through the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, and for trading on the Electronic Open Market.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as arranger and underwriter; while Balanz Capital Valores, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Santander Argentina, Cocos Capital, Cucchiara y Cía, Facimex Valores, Industrial Valores, Macro Securities, and Puente Hnos. acted as underwriters.
