Bruchou and Aranguren act in Morixe Hermanos Notes issue
Estudio Aranguren Abogados has advised Morixe Hermanos, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised the arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance and placement of its class III Notes, for a nominal amount of $1,500,000,000 pesos.
The class III Notes were issued at a variable BADLAR rate plus a 4% annual nominal margin, maturing 18 (eighteen) months from the issue and settlement date. The issue was made under the framework of the issuer’s Global Programme for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations, for a maximum outstanding amount of US $50,000,000.
Furthermore, the issuance of the Class III Notes was authorised by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV), as well as their authorised listing in the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets (ByMA), and their authorised trading in the Electronic Open Market (MAE).
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Banco Supervielle acted as arrangers and underwriters; and Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Comafi and Facimex Valores acted as underwriters.
Morixe is a high-quality food company with a rapidly expanding consumer-oriented product portfolio. Morixe was initially incorporated in 1923 and was principally engaged in wheat milling for the manufacture of wheat flour.
