Bruchou and Beccar Varela act in new issue of Vista Notes  

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised Vista Energy Argentina (Vista), and Beccar Varela advised the underwriters, in the issuance of Class XXV Notes -simple, non-convertible into shares, denominated in US dollars, to be integrated and payable in pesos-, for a par value of USD $53,195,250.

The issuance was made under the Global Programme for the issuance of short, medium or long-term simple negotiable obligations (non-convertible into shares) for a maximum amount of up to USD $800,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).

The Class XXV Notes, which will mature on 8 July 2028, will bear interest at a fixed rate of 3% nominal annual interest and will repay 100% of the principal in a single payment on their maturity date.

The Notes have also been admitted for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and authorised for trading on the Electronic Open Market. On 28 June, FIX SCR Risk Rating Agent (Fitch Ratings Affiliate) and Moody’s Local AR Risk Rating Agent, on the same date, rated the Notes as ‘AAA(arg)’ and ‘AAA.ar’, respectively, with a ‘stable’ outlook.

Banco Santander Argentina, Puente Hnos, Balanz Capital Valores, TPCG Valores, Banco Comafi, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Global Valores, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Macro Securities, Max Capital, Facimex Valores and Banco Mariva acted as underwriters.

Florencia Hardoy and Rosario Maffrand acted as in-house counsel for Vista.
