Bruchou and PAGBAM in new BST Notes issue

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised Banco de Servicios y Transacciones (BST), and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arnsten has advised the underwriters, in the issuance of the Class XIII Notes.

The Class XIII Notes, simple, non-convertible into shares, denominated and payable in Pesos at a variable interest rate for a par value of ARS $2,107,000,000, were issued on June 16th, maturing 12 months from the Issue and Settlement Date, under the framework of its Global Program for the issuance of Negotiable Obligations for up to US$30,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).

Furthermore, the Notes were rated locally as “ML A-2 .ar” by Moody’s Local AR Risk Rating Agent and as “A3(arg)”, with stable outlook, by Fix SCR (an affiliate of Fitch Ratings). In addition, the Notes have been admitted for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and authorised for trading on the Electronic Open Market.

Banco Santander Argentina, Facimex Valores, Industrial Valores, SBS Trading and Banco Comafi acted as underwriters.
