Bruchou and TCA act in issuance of YPF Class XXV Notes

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised YPF and Tanoira Cassagne as underwriters, in the placement of the Class XXV Notes for a nominal amount of U$S125,000,000, issued under its Frequent Issuer Programme.

The Class XXV Notes are denominated and payable in US dollars, mature on 13 February 2026 and bear interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 5.00%.

In addition, the Class XXV Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco Hipotecario, Banco Patagonia, Allaria, Balanz Capital Valores and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización acted as underwriters.

YPF is a company dedicated to the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources in Argentina. The company’s shares are listed on local markets and are also listed on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange).

Paola Garbi, Fernando Gomez Zanou, Valeria Moglia, Francisco Gaspari and Marina Quinteiro acted as in-house counsels to YPF.

In-house counsels to the underwriters were: Fernán de Pereyra De Olazabal and Enrique Cullen for Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires; Ignacio García Deibe, Paula Balbi and Ezequiel Guerrero for Banco Santander Argentina; Guillermo Miedan and Gabriela Weiss for Banco Hipotecario; Ezequiel Politi for Allaria; and Solange Spinelli and Pablo Vidal Raffo for BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización.
