Bruchou and TCA act in new issue of YPF Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised YPF, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the arrangers and underwriters, in the placement of the Class XXIX Notes for a nominal value of USD $177,717,716, issued by YPF under its Frequent Issuer Programme.
The Class XXIX Notes are denominated and payable in US dollars, bear interest at a nominal rate of 6% per annum and mature on 28 May 2026.
The Class XXIX Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.
Banco Santander Argentina and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as arrangers and underwriters; while Allaria, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco CMF, Banco Comafi, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba, Banco Hipotecario, Industrial Valores, Macro Securities, Banco Patagonia, Banco Supervielle, Cocos Capital, Invertir en Bolsa, Invertironline, Puente Hnos and SBS Trading acted as underwriters.
