Bruchou and TCA advise on new issue of YPF Notes

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised YPF, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the underwriters, in the placement of the Class XXVI Notes for a par value of US $400,000,000, issued under its Frequent Issuer Programme.

The Class XXVI Notes, maturing on 12 September 2028, are denominated in US dollars and will not accrue interest. The Class XXVI Notes have also been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.

Banco Santander Argentina, Nación Bursátil and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires acted as underwriters.

YPF is a company dedicated to the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources in Argentina. The company’s shares are listed on local markets and are also listed on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange).
