Bruchou and TCA advise on Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia issue

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia in the placement of Class I and J Notes for an aggregate nominal amount of AR$6,000,000,000,000 issued under the Simplified Frequent Issuer Regime. Tanoira Cassagne Abogados advised the underwriters.

The Class I and J Notes were authorized for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets (BYMA) and for trading on the Electronic Open Market (MAE).

Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) acted as underwriters.

In-house counsels participating in the transaction were Mariano Juarez Goñi and Florencia Fridman for Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia; Eduardo Ramos, Ignacio Garcia Deibe and Ezequiel Guerrero for Santander Argentina; Enrique Cullen, Fernan Pereyra de Olazabal and Patricia Araujo for Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires; and Matías Filippo and Luciana Vázquez for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina).
