Bruchou and TCA assist in Green Bonds issuance by Luz de Tres Picos

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has assisted Luz de Tres Picos, and Tanoira Cassagne has assisted the underwriters, in the issuance of the Class 4 Notes for a nominal amount of US $80,000,000, qualified as Green Notes.

The issue was made under the framework of the Global Programme for the issuance of Negotiable Obligations for up to US $300.000.000.000.

Furthermore, the issue was aligned with the four main components of the International Capital Market Association’s Green Bond Principles, following the “Guidelines for the Issuance of Social, Green and Sustainable Marketable Securities in Argentina” and the provisions of the Social, Green and Sustainable Bonds Guide of the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets Panel (ByMA), and was therefore rated “BV1 (arg)” by FIX SCR.

Allaria Ledesma & Cía., AWM Valores, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Hipotecario, Banco Itaú Argentina, Banco Patagonia, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco Supervielle, BNP Paribas Sucursal Buenos Aires, Facimex Valores, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Max Capital, PP Inversiones, and TPCG Valores acted as underwriters.

The Notes were authorised for listing on the Green Panel of ByMA and for trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).
