Bruchou and TCA assist in new issue of YPF Luz Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised YPF Energía Eléctrica (YPF Luz) and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados advised the underwriters in the placement of the Class XIV and XV Notes.
The Class XIV Notes were issued for a nominal amount of US$ 18,043,469, denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate, at a fixed rate of 3%, maturing on February 27, 2027; while the Class XV Notes were issued for a nominal amount of US$ 11,287,656, denominated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed rate of 6%, maturing on February 27, 2027.
The Notes were listed on the Electronic Open Market (MAE) and were rated AAA(Arg) by FIX SCR Risk Rating Agent with a stable outlook.
Macro Securities, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Balanz Capital Valores, Allaria, SBS Trading, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Banco Mariva, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, TPCG Valores, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización and Banco Hipotecario acted as underwriters.
YPF Luz is one of the main electricity generation companies in Argentina. It is mainly engaged in the production, marketing and development of electricity generation projects from renewable (wind and solar) and thermal (gas-based) sources.
