Bruchou and TCA assist in new issue of YPF Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has assisted YPF Energía Eléctrica and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados assisted the underwriters in the placement of YPF Energía Eléctrica’s Class XVI and XVII Notes.
The Class XVI Notes were issued for a nominal amount of US$97,521,007, denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate, at a fixed rate of 2%, maturing on 13 December 2025; while the Class XVII Notes were issued for a nominal amount of US$10,199,945, denominated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed rate of 5.90%, maturing on 13 June 2027.
The Notes were also listed on the Electronic Open Market (MAE) and were rated AAA(Arg) by FIX SCR Risk Rating Agent with a stable outlook.
