Bruchou and TCA counsel on new issue of Notes by Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados the underwriters, in the placement of the Class Q Notes for a nominal value of USD $34,983,945, issued under the Simplified Regime of Frequent Issuer.
The Class Q Notes have been authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets (BYMA) and for trading on the Open Electronic Market (MAE).
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Invertir en Bolsa, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Patagonia, Banco Comafi, Facimex Valores, Banco Supervielle and Allaria acted as underwriters.
Mariano Juarez Goñi, Florencia Fridman and Anabela Mengoni acted as in-house counsel to Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia.
