Bruchou and TCA counsel on Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia Issuance
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia on its issuance of Class T Notes for a total amount of US$38,916,527, under the frequent issuer simplified regime.
TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as counsel to Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Patagonia, Banco Hipotecario, Allaria, Banco BBVA Argentina, Industrial Valores, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco Mariva, and Facimex Valores, in their roles as placement agents.
The Class T Notes, denominated and payable in U.S. dollars in Argentina (via Dollar MEP), mature on July 21, 2028, and bear a fixed interest rate of 8.50%.
