Bruchou and TCA help in new YPF Luz issues

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised YPF Energía Eléctrica (YPF Luz) and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the arrangers and underwriters, in the placement of the Class XIX and Class XX Notes.

The Class XIX Notes were issued for a nominal amount of USD $49,018,232, denominated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed rate of 5.25%, maturing on 22 November 2026; and the Class XX Notes for a nominal amount of US$50,981,768, denominated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed rate of 6.75%, maturing on 22 November 2028.

The Notes were listed on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA) and were rated AAA(Arg) stable outlook by FIX SCR Risk Rating Agent.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Puente Hnos, Allaria, Balanz Capital Valores, SBS Trading, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Macro Securities, Banco Hipotecario, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Banco Comafi, Industrial Valores, Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco CMF, Invertironline and Banco Supervielle acted as arrangers and underwriters.

YPF Luz is one of the main electricity generation companies in Argentina. It is mainly engaged in the production, marketing and development of electricity generation projects from renewable (wind and solar) and thermal (gas-based) sources.

Carlos Ariosa and José María Krasñansky acted as in-house legal advisors to YPF Luz.
