Bruchou and TCA in new issue of Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados the underwriters, in the placement of Class R Notes for a par value of USD $46,018,072, issued under the Simplified Regime of Frequent Issuer.
The Class R Notes have been authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and for trading on the Electronic Open Market.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Patagonia, Allaria, Banco BBVA Argentina, Cono Sur Inversiones, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Supervielle, Banco Hipotecario, and Columbus IB Valores acted as underwriters.
Mariano Juarez Goñi, Florencia Fridman and Anabela Mengoni acted as in-house counsels to Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia.
