Bruchou counsels on new issue of ASPRO Notes

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has counselled Aspro Servicios Petroleros, as issuer, and Banco CMF, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Macro Securities, as arrangers and underwriters, in the placement of the Series II Class II Notes.

The Notes, denominated in dollars and payable in pesos at the exchange rate provided in the offer documents (dollar-linked), were issued on 28 June for a nominal value of USD $2,000,000 with a nominal annual rate of 0.98%, maturing on 28 September 2026, under the SME CNV Guaranteed Public Offering Regime.

The Notes were authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and for trading on the Electronic Open Market.

In addition, the Notes are guaranteed by Banco de Servicios y Transacciones for fifty per cent (50%) and by Banco CMF for another fifty per cent (50%), companies authorised to act as Guarantee Entities by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV).

Bruchou’s team was led by partner José María Bazán (pictured) together with associates Manuel Etchevehere, Pedro María Azumendi and Quimey Lía Waisten.
