Bruchou & Funes de Rioja and Beccar Varela lead legal advisory for Vista Energy’s notes issuance
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja and Beccar Varela have advised Vista Energy Argentina (Vista) the issuance of Class XXVIII simple, non-convertible notes. The transaction raised a nominal amount of US$92,413,570 under Vista’s Global Program for the Issuance of Simple, Non-Convertible Notes, which has a maximum outstanding limit of US$3 billion.
The notes carry a fixed annual interest rate of 7.50%, payable semiannually, and will mature on March 7, 2030. The Class XXVIII Notes are listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos and authorized for trading on A3 Mercados. They received AAA(arg) and AAA.ar ratings with stable outlooks from FIX and Moody’s, respectively.
Macro Securities acted as the organizer and placement agent, supported by a consortium of placement agents that included major financial institutions such as Banco Galicia and ICBC Argentina.
