Bruchou & Funes de Rioja and Muñoz de Toro abogados advise on the ARCOR’s negotiable obligations

Muñoz de Toro Abogados and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja have acted as legal advisors in connection with the issuance by ARCOR, one of Argentina’s leading food production companies, of Class 2 Negotiable Obligations for a nominal value of US$100,000,000 (the “Negotiable Obligations”) under the Simplified Frequent Issuer Regime.

The negotiable obligations will mature 12 months from their issue and settlement date on October 6, 2026, bearing interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 5.90% on the outstanding principal and repaying principal in a single payment on the maturity date. The Negotiable Obligations have been rated “ML A-1ar” by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo.

The negotiable obligations have been listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos and authorized for trading on A3 Mercados, and are eligible through Euroclear Bank and/or Clearstream Banking Société Anonyme.

The placement agents for the issuance were Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco Patagonia, Invertir en Bolsa, SBS Trading, Facimex Valores, Balanz Capital Valores, Petrini Valores, Allaria, and Banco Hipotecario.
