Bruchou promotes two associates to partners
Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi has appointed Geraldine Moffat as a partner of the Labour Law and Social Security department and Santiago Balbi as a partner of the Corporate Law and M&A department
Geraldine Moffat (pictured left) advises international and national companies on Labour and Social Security matters. She has worked practically her entire professional career at the law firm and has played an outstanding role in highly complex litigation processes, transactional matters and due diligence processes for our clients.
Santiago Balbi (pictured right) started his professional career in other leading law firms and joined Bruchou 7 years ago. He advises clients in Corporate Law, M&A and Private Equity matters, particularly in financing rounds of companies in various sectors of the economy such as technology, finance, energy, among others.
