Bruchou, TCA Tanoira Cassagne advise YPF Luz notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja and TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised on the issuance of Notes by YPF Energía Eléctrica for a total amount of US$50,000,000, denominated and payable in U.S. Dollars in Argentina.
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as counsel to YPF Luz, while TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised the group of arrangers and placement agents involved in the transaction.
The Notes carry a fixed rate of 5.00% and mature on August 18, 2029. They were listed on A3 Mercados and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA), and were rated AAA.ar with a stable outlook by FIX SCR.
The arrangers and placement agents on the transaction were Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, SBS Trading, Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco Patagonia, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Global Valores, Macro Securities, One618 Financial Services, PP Inversiones, Banco Mariva and Allaria.
YPF Luz is engaged in the production, commercialization and development of electric power generation projects from renewable sources, including wind and solar, as well as thermal gas-powered generation.
