BRZ Advogados announces a new partner
BRZ Advogados, announced Raphael Arnaud (pictured) has joined the firm as a partner. Arnaud’s addition marks a significant step in BRZ’s strategic growth plan for the Center-West and Northeast regions, solidifying its presence in these dynamic legal markets.
Arnaud brings a wealth of experience in civil law, with a focus on family law, estate planning, probate, and contracts. In addition to his extensive legal practice, he has a distinguished academic background, serving as a professor of civil law at the IDP and the Escola Superior de Advocacia (ESA).
He has also lectured at the Universidade Católica de Brasília and contributed to working groups for both the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where his work focused on international legal cooperation and family law.
Arnaud’s strong academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Centro Universitário de João Pessoa, a specialist degree from the Universidade de Lisboa, a Master of Laws degree, and he is currently a doctoral candidate in Constitutional Law at the IDP. His practice also encompasses contract law, torts, and succession planning, along with significant expertise in wealth management and government relations.
