BRZ Advogados announces new partner for Corporate Law area
BRZ Advogados announced the addition of Cristina Justo (pictured) to the partnership.
The lawyer has been part of BRZ Advogados since 2019, with broad experience in Corporate and Business Law, particularly in M&A operations, capital markets, and commercial contracts. She has also worked with listed companies (B3 and ADRs-NYSE), multinational corporations, and large family businesses.
With over 20 years of experience, the new partner in the Corporate Law area holds postgraduate degrees in Business Law and Telecommunications Law, as well as specialization in Corporate Law, Capital Markets, and Compliance. Cristina is also a member of the Business Law Committee at OAB/RJ (Brazilian Bar Association/Rio de Janeiro).
