His career includes tenures at prominent law firms, where he played a key role in complex transactions such as IPOs, securitizations, corporate debt, investment funds, and debt restructuring. His arrival reinforces BRZ’s commitment to delivering highly specialized legal services aligned with the latest dynamics of the financial and corporate markets.
A graduate in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and holding a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), Frederico brings a comprehensive perspective that combines legal rigor with a solid understanding of business strategy.
