BU adds two new partners
Brigard Urrutia strengthens its team with the incorporation of Sebastián Lora and Isabel Delgado as new partners in the areas of Banking and Financial Services, as well as Foreign Exchange and International Investments, respectively.
Sebastián (pictured left) is a lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes with a specialization in Commercial Law from the same university, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a certificate in Business and Law from Wharton. Sebastián has a solid track record of more than 15 years, in which he has worked at top national and international firms such as Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP in New York.
Isabel (pictured right) has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a specialization from Universidad Externado de Colombia. She has more than 17 years of professional experience in foreign exchange and international investment law, in which she has advised clients in the analysis of structuring for the real and financial sector, as well as in matters of foreign investment, indebtedness, compliance and foreign exchange litigation.
With these appointments, the firm consolidates a team of more than 400 people.
