BU promotes two new partners
Brigard Urrutia has announced the appointment of Paula Camacho and Felipe Mutis as new partners of the firm
Brigard Urrutia has promoted Paula Camacho and Felipe Mutis as new partners of the firm. In their new positions Paula will co-lead, together with Sergio Michelsen, the Wealth Management and Family Law teams; likewise, Felipe will co-lead with Irma Rivera Ramírez the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency team.
Paula Camacho Henao (pictured left) joined BU in 2012. She holds a Law degree from Universidad de los Andes, an LL.M from Georgetown University, as well as a specialisation in Telecommunications Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. She focuses her practice on advising on the design and implementation of domestic and international asset structures, mainly for families.
Felipe Mutiz Téllez (pictured right) is a lawyer, graduated with honours, and is a specialist in Administrative Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He also holds a Master of Laws degree in International Dispute Resolution and Management from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee with a degree of distinction. He joined the firm in 2013, where he has advised on complex litigation, constitutional actions, administrative proceedings and national and international arbitration proceedings.
