BVA advise Alper on the acquisition of Reolon

BVA – Barreto Veiga Advogados advised Alper Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros, one of Brazil’s leading insurance brokers, on the acquisition of 100% of the equity interest in Reolon Corretora de Seguros.

This acquisition strengthens Alper’s presence in Brazil’s Central-West region, particularly in the agribusiness insurance market. With a diversified portfolio and an integrated approach, Alper continues its growth strategy by acquiring well-positioned regional brokers.

The Reolon family controlled three entities: Reolon Corretora de Seguros, Reolon Agro Corretora de Seguros e Planos de Saúde, and Xangai Administradora e Corretora de Seguros.

These companies operate in the interior of Mato Grosso and have a strong presence in the rural, life, health, and pension insurance segments. Their robust portfolio and loyal regional client base make them highly attractive in the market, particularly for expanding groups like Alper.

This is Alper’s third acquisition this year, and the company aims to complete 10 deals by the end of the year, backed by R$ 400 million in capital available for M&A transactions.

BVA relied on managing partner Felipe Barreto Veiga (pictured), partners Rafael Ferrão Teixeira and Gabriel Abdalla, and associates Renata Anspach and Enzo Gebrin.
