BVA announces partner tracking program and first new partner
BVA – Barreto Veiga Advogados has announced the promotion of Gabriel Abdalla (pictured) to its partnership in the corporate and M&A practice.
Abdalla previously served as a senior attorney and later as coordinator of the firm’s Legal Audits and Due Diligence practice. His career has been dedicated to conducting audits in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, DCM, and Real Estate transactions, advising both buyers and sellers, and leading domestic and cross-border deals involving publicly traded and privately held companies across various industries, investment funds, and technology enterprises.
Abdalla’s promotion marks the official launch of the firm’s Partnership through its Partner Tracking Program, developed in collaboration with one of the leading consulting firms in the market and initiated in 2023.
