Bastos Bari Vilela Zugman Advogados represented the selling shareholders of Swipe in the sale of 100% of their shares to ContaAzul, in a representative transaction for the Brazilian fintech market. 

The value of the transaction was not disclosed. With the transaction, Conta Azul increases its banking services portfolio.
