BVZ Advogados advised Fram Capital Per Schei FIP; Souza Mello Torres Advogados represented Energizou
Bastos Bari Vilela Zugman Advogados advised Fram Capital Per Schei FIP, which was one of the buyers of a stake in Energizou, together with Cenerg Participações and a private investor.
The stake was not disclosed.
