BZCP advises Gran Capital Partners on its investment in La Guapa

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Gran Capital Partners on its investment in La Guapa, a reference in handmade empanadas and a leader in the fast casual segment in Brazil.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The investment aims to accelerate La Guapa’s expansion by opening new stores and franchises, as well as expanding its operations in the B2B/foodservice channel.
