BZCP advises Ribbit Capital on investment round on Cora Pagamentos

Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Ribbit Capital in the investment round of BRL 150 million in the fintech company Cora Pagamentos

BZCP Advogados advised Ribbit Capital which led the investment round with participation of Kaszek Ventures, QED Investors and Greenoaks Capital on fintech Cora, a startup that offers financial solutions for small and medium enterprises.

Officially launched in October 2020, Cora’s product already has 53,000 customers. With the money, the fintech hopes to accelerate its expansion and reach at least 380,000 customers by the end of this year.

Bronstein Zilberberg was led by partners Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured right), Vivian Rudge (pictured left) and associates Beatriz Angelo, and Lucca Martins.
