BZCP advises Ribbit on investment in Justos
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Ribbit Capital
Justos – an auto insurance company – has just raised U$36 million in one of the largest Series A rounds in Latin America and one of the largest in the world at an operational pre-stage.
The fundraising was led by Ribbit Capital – an American manager specializing in fintechs – and had participation from Softbank.
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Ribbit Capital and had partner Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured left), Vivian Tito Rudge (pictured right), associate Gabriela Goés, and intern Luiza Pascowitch.
