BZCP advises Riverwood on R$120 million investment in Sensedia

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Riverwood Capital on leading the R$120 million Series A investment round in Sensedia

Application programming interface (API) startup Sensedia announced on Tuesday that it has received a R$120 million investment round led by Riverwood Capital, which was advised by BZCP Advogados.

The investment is the first foreign investment the company has received since its foundation in 2007 and will be used mainly to accelerate its internationalization strategy. Today, the company serves customers worldwide from its seven offices in Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and the UK.

The Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados team that worked on the deal was led by partner Pedro Chueiri (pictured) and included partner André Neves and associate Gabriel Junqueira.
