BZCP and AC Sociedade de Advogados act on the sale of BMB to Vamos for BRL 43.3m

The truck rental company Vamos has bought 70% of BMB, a company specialized in customizing trucks, for R$ 43.3 million.

BMB Brasil was the first Volkswagen truck and bus customization center in Brazil, and in 2017, BMB Mexico was founded, which follows the same objectives as the Brazilian one.

The Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados team that represented BMB and its shareholdings was composed by partner Sergio Bronstein (pictured left), associates Thiago Oliveira and Agnaldo Mendes.

Vamos was represented by Adalberto Calil Sociedade de Advogados with partner Adalberto Calil (pictured right), and Samara Lopes, Harumi Ono and Laura Agostini Spadoni.
