BZCP and Souza Mello act on Zenvia’s acquisition of SenseData

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Zenvia and Souza, Mello e Torres advised SenseData and its partners

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Zenvia, a technology company specialized in communication solutions, which acquired SenseData, represented by Souza, Mello e Torres law office. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Founded in 2016 and based in the city of São Paulo, SenseData offers a customer success management platform.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados had partner Sergio Bronstein (pictured left), associates Karina Margulies, Victoria Auada and interns Luiza Pascowitch, Matheus Andreus and André Corradi.

Souza, Mello e Torres represented SenseData and had partner Luis Antonio Semeghini Souza (pictured right), associates Fernando Pinto Xavier Filho, Natalie Ywes Signorelli and intern Giovanna Ragazzo.
