BZCP assists Infracommerce in its acquisition of Summa Solutions

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados assisted Infracommerce that acquired Summa Solutions for USD9m

pjimage 2021 07 22T103519.284The law firm Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados assisted Infracommerce that acquired, through its subsidiary New Retail, Summa Solutions. The transaction value is USD 9 million.

Infracommerce operates in the sector of digital solutions for e-commerce. Summa Solutions is a Seller Center platform and software development company with expertise in the implementation of complex e-commerce and large-scale digitalization projects in Latin America.

The acquisition by New Retail has been completed, with the parties only having to fulfill certain post-closing obligations customary for this type of transaction.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados had a team formed by partner Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured), Vivian Tito Rudge and associate Beatriz Angelo.
