BZCP, NHM and KLA act in deal between Reclame Aqui and Stone

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados has represented DGF Investimentos, NHM Advogados and KLA Advogados represented Reclame Aqui

Reclame Aqui sells a minority stake to Stone. The deal includes a primary and a secondary tranche, with the exit of DGF, which bought 22% of the company in a Series A round in April 2018.

Reclame Aqui was represented by NHM Advogados with Mario Nogueira (pictured left) in São Paulo and by KLA Advogados with partners Karin Alvo (pictured center), Patrícia Braga and associate Patrícia Paraguai.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados represented DGF and relied on partners Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured left), Vivian Tito Rudge and associate Flavia Kasai.

Stone had no advisors on this deal.
