Cais celebrates 25 years of achievements

Cais Advogados celebrated its first 25 years, marked by a legacy of excellence and its unique style in legal advice. To celebrate its silver anniversary, Cais launches a commemorative stamp, rescuing notable achievements, honoring key figures in its history, and remembering people who played fundamental roles in its journey, highlighting clients, former members, colleagues, and authorities.

Along this path, there are many reasons to celebrate. There were countless cases in which partners joined forces with clients, achieving victories in disputes considered impossible. There are also countless partnerships with colleagues from other firms, demonstrating a firm belief in triumph when circumstances were unfavorable.

Cais stands out for remaining a true legal boutique in every way: its partners are personally involved in cases, active listening in customer service is a priority and each process is closely monitored.

The office’s journey began with Homar Cais, a renowned federal judge, and Cleide Previtalli Cais (in memoriam), former chief prosecutor who left her mark at the Public Prosecutor’s Office in São Paulo. Always a visionary, Homar founded the office with a unique proposal: never give up direct contact with the client and transform each demand into a personalized experience. Since then, the office has prospered, maturing professionally and closely following trends in the national and international legal market.

Today, the Cais name shines with a new generation of talented partners, who share the same passion for legal knowledge, such as Frederico Cais, Alexandre Rangel, Marcelo L. da Matta Nepomuceno, Fernando Cais, João Francisco Fonseca, Rogerio Mollica, Cecília Brown Gomes and Daniel Rapozo (pictured from left to right). They lead a dynamic and committed team, sharing the style created in the late 90s.

As it celebrates its 25th anniversary, Cais remains young and committed to the premise of being a firm where tradition and quality are not just words, but values that shape every step. In addition to celebrating the past, the office looks to the future, reaffirming its style, principles, and values of its foundation – increasingly current and relevant –, envisioning more achievements and new recognitions.
