His career is distinguished by structuring major oil and gas, mining, and energy projects, supporting foreign investments in Brazil with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing, and strategic partnerships.
Roger also has solid experience in contractual, administrative, and regulatory matters, advising on issues related to concession regimes, production sharing, and onerous assignment in the oil and gas sector, as well as operations involving mining rights, energy auctions, public tenders, and administrative proceedings.
