Candido Martins Advogados assisted the oncology clinics group Unity that was acquired by Oncoclínicas
Oncoclínicas Group has signed a binding memorandum of understanding for the acquisition of Unity, a group of oncology clinics in Brazil, with 24 units in 5 States and in the Federal District.
The agreed value is R$ 558 million in cash and 45,765,246 shares.
The transaction is still to be approved by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade).
Candido Martins Advogados assisted Unity in the operation. Partners Renata Simon (pictured left) and Alamy Candido (pictured right) and associates Mateus Lopes da Silva Leite and Julia Malafaia Vituli Silva participated in the operation.
Oncoclínicas was assisted by Mattos Filho Advogados with partners Sabrina Naritomi, Rodrigo Arthur Egual de Carvalho, Andrea Bazzo Lauletta and associate Gustavo Gumier Motta.
