Caputo, Bastos e Serra Advogados announces a new partner

Caputo, Bastos e Serra Advogados has announced the arrival of a new partner, Isabela Ramagem (pictured), who will be joining the Energy practice. A lawyer with a solid track record in the sector, Isabela brings extensive experience in regulatory and environmental law, with a focus on the power generation segment.

With a master’s degree in Power Systems from the University of São Paulo (USP), Isabela has worked as ABRAGEL’s Legal and Regulatory Affairs coordinator, as a collaborator with ANEEL’s Board of Directors and as a partner in a law firm specializing in regulatory law. In her career, she has led strategic issues such as the regulation of dam safety by ANEEL and the MME, the recalculation of GSF compensation and direct actions of unconstitutionality against rules that restricted the operation of hydroelectric plants.
