Carey has assisted UBS AG London Branch and Daiwa Capital Markets America in Coopeuch notes issuance and sale
Carey acted as local counsel to the arranger and dealers (UBS AG London Branch and Daiwa Capital Markets America) on the update of the Global Medium Term Note Programme of Coopeuch for the issuance and sale of notes for up to $1 billion.
Linklaters acted as international counsel to UBS and Daiwa. Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría was the local counsel to the issuer (Coopeuch), and Clifford Chance acted as the international one.
