Carey advises Zentynel Frontier on $2m financing round

Carey has counselled Zentynel Frontier Investments on its $2 million Series A financing round

 Carey has advised Zentynel Frontier Investments on a $2 million US dollar Series A financing round led by Chilean investors in Autem Holding Company, a Delaware-based company developing a non-toxic, non-invasive device for the palliative care of some types of cancer.

The transaction was closed on 30 November, and included Arent Fox as US counsel to Zentynel; while Troutman acted as US counsel to Autem, and VNP Advogados as counsel to another Autem investor.

Troutman’s team consisted of partner Scott R. Jones, and associate Ethan M.Zook.

VNP Advogados’ team included associate Renata Wanderley de Oliveira Mazeto.

Carey’s team was led by partner Francisco Guzmán (pictured top left), assisted by associates Andrés Latorre (pictured bottom left), Constanza Rivera (pictured top right), and Sofía Beckdorf (pictured bottom right).
