Carey has advised Acciona Energía Chile on a $34.5m Reneewable development

Carey assited Acciona Energía Chile on a not-revolving credit line for up to USD34.5 million granted by Banco Santander to finance the VAT associated to the construction of the solar plants Usya, Malgarida I and Malgarida II , and its wind farm Tolpán.

Carey team was led by partner Felipe Moro, and involved senior associate Fernando Noriega, and associates Nadia Jara Astudillo and Kriss Andía González.
